View Recent Activity

The Recent Activity menu displays the 10 most-recently-viewed work activities (service requests, work orders, inspections, and PLL cases).

1. Click Recent.
2. Click a record to view it.

NOTE: The record at the top of the list is the one that was most recently viewed.
